Through the private enclosed porch you enter the sunny living room with light modern furniture, including a brand new TV set (4.7 x 4.2 m). Centrally positioned at ground floor level, a detached built-in volume has been placed, along both sides of which the dining and kitchen can be reached at the rear of the house. From the living room there is a wide view to both kitchen and garden at the back.

All living areas of the apartment have a floor height of 3.2 m, which makes the apartment pleasantly spacious and airy. The bedrooms have a lower ceilingheight, which makes them feel intimate. The whole apartment has recently been completely renovated and furnished. Recessed spotlights are incorporated in the ceiling throughout the living areas, supplemented with attractive freestanding light fixtures. Floor finish is a polyurethane cast floor with underfloor heating.

The apartment has underfloor heating which gives a lot of comfort and is pleasant in combination with the smoothly finished floors. The boiler is located in a separate room underneath the stairs.
The apartment is equipped with a large amount of built-in cupboards. The storage room at the entrance is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, sweeper, kitchen stairs, ironing board and a clothes drying rack. The brand new washing machine is located in a separate room near the storage room.
All rooms, including the garden room, have curtains.

SURROUNDINGS
From the front, the apartment overlooks the scenic and beautiful Amsterdam canal; the Brouwersgracht. At the rear, the apartment has a small and diverse garden facing north-west. The beautiful Amsterdam canal area, and the cozy Haarlemmerstraat in the Jordaan are very close only a few minutes walk away. The trendy Westergasfabriek area in the Westerpark is nearby, at a short 2-minute walk. NS central station and the city center are within walking distance. The A10 ring road is 5 minutes by car, and Schiphol can be reached in less than 19 minutes by car, or by train. There is ample parking space in front along the Nassaukade (paid parking, also with electricity charging points, and shared cars for rental)
There are several supermarkets, a department store, and various shops nearby, as well as several primary and secondary schools.
