Located in the popular and recently renovated area called ‘de Barrier’, the home was built in 2007. Bedroom 1 (4.07m x 3.00m): It is situated at the front of the home. This bedroom can be used as the master bedroom. It has plastered walls in light-yellow color, laminate flooring, and triple windows for plenty of natural light.
Bedroom 2 (2.77m x 2.90m): Also situated at the front of the home. It is currently used as an office space, but it can also be used as a bedroom. The room has the same flooring and windows as in the other bedrooms, as well as tons of natural light.
Bedroom 3:This is the largest bedroom, which may be used as the master bedroom.
It is situated in the back of the home with windows facing the garden that let in loads of natural light.
Currently pictured with an American king-size bed, it is spacious enough for a bed, wardrobe and other bedroom furniture.
The walls are nicely plastered and painted periwinkle blue.
The large American-sized bathroom is luxurious and unusual for a Dutch home.
It includes a double sink with large storage cabinets underneath, two additional cabinets beside the sink.
A large two-person soaking bathtub and a separate shower.
The toilet has a bidet seat featuring front and rear warm water cleansing and a heated seat with remote control.
The bathroom also has mechanical ventilation and large windows with blinds that overlook the garden.

2nd floor:
The landing offers access to the laundry room, storage area, and the bedroom.

The laundry room includes a Miele washing machine and storage units for laundry supplies. The boiler and mechanical ventilation are also located in the laundry room as well. The washing machine may be included with unit if it rented furnished.

The attic offers a large 4th bedroom or additional living space with two large Velux windows and a radiator that provides heat. It is wired for cable TV and the Internet. The bedroom’s walls are plastered white and the floor is laminate. Currently we have lined the walls with 5 closet wardrobes to create a dressing room combined with a guest bedroom. There is also a double bed and 2 storage nightstand cabinets and a dressing vanity in the room.

Front garden:
Plantings in the front garden were designed to have at least one plant flowering from March until November.
The peak season is in the spring with a Camellia bush, tulips, and azaleas.
If you don’t have a green thumb, we can recommend an excellent gardener to do monthly maintenance visits at an affordable price.
Large and deep (11m deep and 3m - 6m wide) backyard situated on the south, which guarantees plenty of sun.
The flowers give a warm and welcoming feeling to you and your guests.
The garage and the communal area can be accessed through the shed or the gate in the back.

The single-car garage and attached garden shed are accessed from the corner of the garden. The car storage part of the garage is approximately 3.00 x 4.50m. The garage can be accessed though a door in the gated and fenced private garden or though the garage door that empties into the private alley. The alley is accessed by chip card solely by the residents of the street. It offers plenty of secure storage and parking possibilities.
The garage and the back garden door offer access to a communal alley. The communal alley is gated and only accessible to the homeowners with property attached to it.
