Very nice furnished house with 3 bedrooms

The wagenschuur is situated on a former farmyard near Leiden, the sea and lakes. It is a beautiful green environment with a forest in the backyard and 10 minutes biking to the center of Leiden and 15 minutes driving to the beach. Furthermore you are in between Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 10 minutes driving to Den Haag. The location is fabulous.
The tenants can use 1 parking place at the farmyard. Parties and pets are not allowed.

The house
The house has a cosy living room with an open kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with bath/shower and sink. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds. There is a private terrace at the back of the house. It is not allowed to use the fireplace.

Possibility to rent per month with a maximum of 4 months.
Rent is inclusive g/w/e and internet. The house is fully furnished inclusive washingmachine.
